RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Please note that for final sales of products, due to handcrafting, there may be a slight deviation between the actual product and the picture, please do not buy if you are concerned.

Our policy lasts 15 days. You can get refund when you return your item(s) within 15 days. Customized item is not supported to return.

RAM Numbers

Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products being returned that are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

RMA numbers may also be obtained by contacting Vivi Bridal Support within the return period. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days upon issue or receiving.

Our support team will send the RMA number by email, so you can check your RMA number in your email inbox. Please contact us for any problem about RMA to service@vivibridal.com.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

Before return, please contact us for return details and correct return address. All returns for refund must be authorized by Vivi Bridal within 15 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number, please contact us by service@vivibridal.com.

Besides, if you return the item(s) for personal reasons (non product quality problems), the return freight is at your expense.

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the item arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NOTE: After you send it back and we receive the product, you will receive full refund if the issue is caused by us (e.g. mis-shipped, defective, wrong items, etc.).

For issues (e.g fit issue, dislike, buy 2 and try both but only keep one, etc.) which are not caused by us, buyer should bear forth and return shipping cost. Some restocking fee will be also charged (20%-50% based on the actual issue).

Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller. But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no more than 20% of the product purchased price).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@vivibridal.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept exchanges for those products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at service@vivibridal.com with a description of the damage or defect within 15 days of the purchase date.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours.

- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50%-90% of product purchase price (10%-50% as restocking fee).

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if over 15 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
